Option to hide price and/or star rating of products

I know that hiding the price has already been mentioned but I don't think that hiding the star rating has. Both of those could be outdated over time so I would like to have the option to hide both. Also if someone chooses to hide the price and star rating then the Roundup itself shouldn't mention the price or star rating as part of the comparison between products
