enhanced features are not available for the TR2 plan

The enhanced features are exclusively for the TR3 plan, and I'm disappointed they're unavailable on TR2. I've repeatedly requested them, which makes me feel my feedback is ignored. It seems profit is prioritized over customer satisfaction, questioning the purpose of this community. What benefits does the TR2 plan truly offer? Why waste time engaging here? I advise others to avoid this community, as the company appears to prioritize profit over loyal customers who have been waiting for these features, which are only offered with the TR3 plan.
