Ability to Paste a List of Amazon URLS
We can paste product links 1 at a time… but If I have built a list of Amazon products to feature (which I do regularly) and I copy that list of URLs (or simply the ASINs) from a Google sheet column, it would be awesome to simply paste that in and have the products added to my selection.
This could replace the product curation -OR- it could be treated as a starter list to be added into for the final selections.
The benefit of this would be to streamline the addition of 20, 30, 40 + products that we have already curated (without pasting each one individually).

There is a Google Sheets LTD right now that at some point will push lists of products into Roundups - https://appsumo.8odi.net/LK2V4Y

Prior to Roundups, I founded a company called Botsheets and through that product you can already fill up a spreadsheet with information about products and generate insights. The current output is Google Slides, and Google Docs. It wouldn’t be a big stretch for us to add Roundups for the output. So you could add a bunch of details about products, pricing, links to images, links to buy, button names, labels, language to out…. and then in 1 click we’ll generate a draft Roundup from your Google Sheet. I don’t have a timeline on this today, but we see the value and we’re in a position to make it happen if enough people here want it!

Botsheets looks great Josh, but that would be over kill for this request (and may not work with simply an Amazon URL). The ability to paste in an Amazon URL of the product already exists for selecting products & IF this is simply allowed to be a paste of multiple URLs … that’d work.
The addition of a different app in the workflow isn’t needed, IMO. I’m not saying Botsheets shouldn’t have a place in some workflows… just don’t see the benefit in this one. (BTW, I’m buying Botsheets for other things, just not this use case)

Thanks Steve. Got it. We’re just in the final stages of testing a single URL input for ANY product on the web, and beyond the curated data sources we currently provide. We’re just fine tuning that and will release that feature. Doing that in bulk whether it’s for Amazon or any other data source is technically possible, although prone to erroring out, but open to the idea in the interest of efficiency.

That said, this is an advanced use-case and our first priority is to get users through a sequence of steps to add products with a UI. We’ll make it easier to source, and find products though. More data sources too.

I completely understand & agree with the priorities… it was simply something I thought of doing (using one of my lists in more of a bulk fashion) and put it out there. I do this with another tool currently, so I thought I’d share.
